Q: What was your life like before joining the Get You In Shape Program?
Ten years ago, we didn’t exercise at all, beside the occasional walk or bike ride. We always felt very tired and lethargic.

Q: Why did you decide to join the Get You In Shape program? We got a promotional email and remembered Brad from a marketing event he did 5 years prior.

Q: What was your first impression from the Get You In Shape program?
We were impressed by the trainers and the variety of workouts within the program.

Q: What have been some of the tools you have used that have benefited you?
ODC (Off Day Cardio) suggestions, email tips and tricks for eating and living healthy. Facebook posts are most convenient.

Q: How is the Get You In Shape program different from other programs you have tried before?
The trainers really care about you. Tried another boot camp years ago and it was a horrible experience.

Q: What results and benefits have you experienced in the Get You In Shape Program?
Benefits of the program…we have more energy; we sleep better and are more productive during the day. Forces us to eat better. Weight loss has been up and down during the years… but definitely notice a difference when we consistently attend all sessions and eat right – Clothes fit better and we feel better.

Q: What would you say to anyone looking at this program?
It can’t hurt to try it for at least 90 days. 30 days is great, but if you really want to see results you need to focus for 90 days and you will notice a positive difference. 90 days out of a life time of living is nothing compared to the benefits of healthy living and the community of people you are around.
