5 minutes of warm up stretching
5 minutes of core work
1 Minute jumping jacks/Rest 1 min
1 Minute of jump rope (or jump rope in place)/ rest 1 min
1 minute of jump squats /rest 1 min
1 minute of cliff climbers /rest 1 min
20 minutes at slow to medium pace

This assembly-line approach is a super idea, Chiffon! We do this with beans instead of the the turkey–just drain them well first. Chick peas are great.
