Get You In Shape Christmas Break Incentive

As the in-person sessions will be off for a week during the Christmas break I wanted to give you some motivation and an incentive to continue to move during the break.

What is this? 
A simple incentive to help get you to move more over the Christmas Break. You download the PDF below and record what you did each day. Take a picture of it on January 1st and either post on the FB page or message the picture through the MyCoach App. 

What to do?
I would suggest sticking to the quick Virtual Workouts. You can find them by opening up your MyCoach App and clicking on the daily workout. If you want to do another workout, you can go back day or you can also scroll down to where you see “More workouts”

The incentive is pretty simple, move as much as you can the next week and record what you did. 
I would make a goal to move EVERYDAY. It can be as simple as a walk. 

As mentioned, my suggestion would be to get in as many resistance training workouts in as you can. 

Take a picture of the PDF on January January 1st and post it to either the FB group or message me the picture through the MyCoach App.
