In case you have missed being at the sessions or missed the emails, Cynthia and I are on a quick get away to Florida. We have a conference next week from Wednesday until Sunday in Orlando. Since were coming, it was a good decision to head out here a few days early and get some vaction in.
We got here late Thursday.
Friday morning we found a great CrossFit gym and got in a great workout before heading to the beach.
This morning, we got in another great workout in and we are on our way to the beach. I know it is tough to plan your vacation days around working but it does make all the difference. Just wanted to show you all a few pictures of our workouts and the beach.
Our Workout for Saturday morning
150 Double Unders (get two jump ropes in) or 450 single jumps ropes
20 Back Squats
50 Wall Balls (20 pound ball or men – 14 for women)
