Trainer Tip of the week  – Here is the tip
What you can do for 90 seconds? why I decided to get involved with Pushups For Charity.
We do suggest everyone signs up because we will all be doing 90 seconds either on May 17th at our fitness sessions or May 18th at the actual event. Sign up below.

Friday – Friday is the last day for early registration for the Coppell 5k. This is the event GYIS runs that 100% of proceeds go to Coppell Special Olympics. If you are not planning on being here that weekend, you can also make a small $5 donation (or any amount). Information is at

This weekHere are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F and  Saturday is our monthly GYIS 5k in the park at 8am. Everyone is invited to come out.
We have our monthly Pictures, journal turn in an measurements on Friday of this week.

May Accountability Calendar. Click here to get it. Because of the Pushup event, we will have our second Saturday workout on the 25th of May.
