Coppell Trainer – Double Chocolate Shake Recipe

Double Chocolate Shake (serves 2-3)Dark Chololate Shake
1 AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake  (Chocolate)
1 AdvoCare Post Workout Recovery Shake   – (Chocolate)
1 and 1/4 cups water
1 cup ice
1 banana
Blend all ingredients in strong blender and enjoy.
