Trainer Tip of the week – Here is the tip This will hopefully help the GYIS community come together more to make a difference.

Spring Cleaning – Our next informational meeting for our proven 24 Day Challenge will is tonight at our home in Coppell.  Since it officially spring, we will be going over the importance of “Why our bodies need a cleanse every 90 days”. Workouts this weekHere are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F and no Saturday sessions this week.

Registration has begun for Get You In Shape’s 2 biggest upcoming Charity Events  – We love helping make a difference and we hope you help us by participating and spreading the word about these two awesome events 4th Annual 5k for Coppell Special Olympics – 4th Annual charity benefiting our soldiers.
