Hey guys, this is Minal Dekhne and I live in Coppell. I am a homemaker and love taking care of my family.

Q: What was your life like before joining the Get You In Shape Program?
Before joining Get You In Shape Program, typically my day had a late start which made my afternoons lethargic. Due to which I usually had low energy and it took longer to get my tasks done. All this made my days end late and I could not sleep till late causing the late start for the next day again.

Q: Why did you decide to join the Get You In Shape program?
I had tried various other options of exercising but mostly it was not interesting enough and so I was not very successful to keep up with those. I got interested to join GYIS since it was an outdoor bootcamp program offering sessions at various times of the day, providing a great flexibility for all kinds of schedules. Options provided by this program made it an obvious choice for me.

Q: What was your first impression from the Get You In Shape program?
The very first time I went to the GYIS session, I really enjoyed the workout with a group of fun members who were very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The best part was that the instructors were very helpful, and they made sure that the rookie like me was given all the needed information while the session and even after it ended. I felt like I belonged to this group on the very first day. And as I started going regularly, I liked it even more and kept me motivated to go to all the sessions in the week. Loved the variations in the exercise program as it kept it interesting it all the time. Didn’t even realize how quickly a month was over.

Q: What have been some of the tools you have used that have benefited you?
Using dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls really helped for the tone up and strength training. Also using ropes, penalty windows and ladders helped for strength training. The equalizers helped to build strength with the core part of your body. Enjoyed using various tools along with bands

Q: How is the Get You In Shape program different from other programs you have tried before?
GYIS is an outdoor bootcamp program that makes it unique than other indoor programs. This program offers multiple workout sessions in a day and you could go to any session according to your convenience. Also, you can go to multiple sessions on the same day if you wish so. All these features of the program make it different from the other programs.

Q: What results and benefits have you experienced in the Get You In Shape Program?
For me, GYIS program motivated me to keep up with my workout schedule. I was consistent with my routine and started my day well. It made me feel more energetic with great focus to get through daily tasks faster, more efficiently. I could sleep better and overall felt better. Not to forget that I also lost some weight and toned up which made me feel better and more confident. Both my daughter and my husband are very proud of me to see this change in me which wouldn’t have been possible without GYIS’ inspiring team of coaches who seem to be personally vested in our goal attainment.

Q: What would you say to anyone looking at this program?
If anyone who is interested to join a program that is different than the other programs, look no further… GYIS has it all… Just try it for a month and check it out yourself…
