We are excited to be celebrating 6 awesome years of the Get You In Shape Program here in Coppell. I started the Get You In Shape program wanting to bring a fitness program that would be bring like-minded people to form a community that would help all of us live healthier lives. It’s been a very humbling/rewarding experience knowing that I said YES to the call and started to use my gifts in the Health and Fitness Arena. I now use the word WE. Our Get You In Shape family is a combination of Cynthia (my awesome wife), our amazing team of trainers, and YOU (the reason why we end up doing everything we do).
To celebrate altogether, we are having a number of things to give back and also make it about the GYIS community. The 6 weeks will start next Monday, October 14th.
Here are all the things we are doing to celebrate and give back
1. Current Get You In Shape Clients – 6 week Biggest Winner Team and Individual contest. Click Here to read about and to sign up.We will end up giving out over $2,000 in prizes and awards. Sign up is from Oct 7-11th – This contest is back by popular demand, we have made this even better. There is a recap of the last Biggest Winner we had in February and March that was very successful. 2. $66 Giveaway for 24 Day Challenge – Sign Up here Open to ANYONE (not just GYIS clients) Anyone who participates in our 24 Day Challenge will get $66 in giveaways at our two meetings we are having October 8th and 15th. . Sign Up here.
If you have not done our 10 Day Cleanse in a while, it’s time to start again (science suggests it every 90 days). If you just finished the 72 day Contest, it’s time for another 10 Day Cleanse. This will give you a chance to get some momentum leading into Thanksgiving!
This is open to EVERYONE (not just GYIS clients).
3. 6 Weeks of Specials – We will Each week we will have a Special to you. It will only be a one week special on what ever it is. The first one will be announced on Thursday. A little hint. Have $16 ready to bring to one of the sessions over the next week (Friday to Friday).
We will announce the special for the following week every Friday and the special will run the entire next week. This first one will start this Friday and run through next Friday, though.
4. $66 New Client Special – CoppellFitness.com . We gave a lot of money out recently with our Referral Rewards program when we had our Christmas in July giveaway. This is another chance to get a friend, neighbor or co-worker to join our program and get great results. We hope to do our job and show them the benefits of our program and have them join to one of our program options allowing you to also benefit with our Cash Referral Rewards program.
Get You In Shape 6 Weeks of Specials – We are giving you a week to take advantage of each special.
Week #1 – Friday October 11th-Friday October 18th. All GYIS T0Shirts 2 for $16 (Normally $20 for 1 T-shirt)
Week #2 – Oct 21st – Oct 25th – Box of Spark for $16 (retail is $22.95) and/or one Canister of Spark for $36 (retail is $51.95) We will have a lot of assorted flavors of Spark. Limit one box per client and one canister per client.

Week #4 – Nov. 4- Nov.9 – Free Cardio Club and Bring a Friend week – Bring anyone you want to all 6 sessions this week. Cardio Club is 5:30am and 6:30am on Tuesday and Thursday.

Week #6 – Christmas Gift Certificate for friends/family $96. As many gift certificates are you want but it is only good for one/person.
