TIP of the Week – . Here is the tip that anyone can do and proved to help with weight loss.
1. Give to Get Mother’s Day Promotion – Last week to promote the Give To Get promotion. The details, again, are on our blog here. Give 2 Weeks of boot camp, if they join, you get 2 weeks also. We never give 2 weeks away but we are allowing you to. In return, if they end up joining after 2 weeks, then you get 2 weeks also!
2. Cardio Club – Start anytime. You can pay for 5 sessions and come when you can. Here is the website
3. Kids Fitness Program – Here are the details. We have one more trial session for anyone ages 6-16 this Saturday morning. Details about the program and dates are on our blog here. You can send anyone else to our GetKidsInShape.com site, though.
4. PusupsForCharity – Have you signed up? What are you waiting for? We want everyone to participate for this worthy cause. Here is the website to sign up and be a part of our team in some way. We need your help. We will be having our 90 second test next Friday for those that can’t make it on Saturday, so you might as well sign up and participate.
