As you know the average American gains 5-13 pounds over the holidays. 

The Holidays are a tradition filled with family, fun, food, food, food, alcohol, parties (many of them) and football. Leftovers consist of more food and extra pounds of body weight and fat.You have worked hard all year and we want to help give you some motivation and accountable to help you during this tough time of the year. 

We had great results with the Zero Pound Challenge the last few times we offered it so we want to offer it again to anyone this Holiday Season who is ready for the ZERO POUND CHALLENGE.

Who Is The Zero Pound Challenge For?

  • Anyone who is wanting extra motivation during the Holiday season. 
  • Anyone looking for a little more support and accountability 
  • Anyone who doesn’t want to throw out all their hard work over the year down the drain in a few weeks
  • Anyone who is looking to actually progress during this time of year and not take steps back in their health and fitness. 

What Is The Zero Pound Challenge?

What: Simple. Your goal is to not gain a single pound from Thanksgiving to after Christmas. You can certainly lose weight but the goal but the goal is to not gain any weight (hence the ZERO POUND CHALLENGE) since the average weight gain over the season is 7-13 pounds. 

When: Official dates are Nov 27th – Dec. 31st, but you can start right after Thanksgiving on the 24th if you wish.

Starting Weight:  Everyone that is joining will need to get a starting weight to us no later than Nov 28th. You will take a picture of your scale when you start (and when you finish) and send it to us through the message section of the MyCoach App.

How Much? Nothing, nada, zip, FREE! Yes… we wanted to take out any apprehension and hope this will encourage you to participate to help you on your health and fitness journey. So there is no cost to participate. 

What will I WIN? If you “WIN” and don’t gain a single pound, the biggest award you will win is the FEELING that you accomplished a goal of not gaining weight in the toughest time of year. You will FEEL great having made healthy choice after heathy choice during the holiday season “SO THAT” you feel good about yourself.
You will win self-confidence knowing that you did something that many people did NOT do during the holidays, which was NOT GAIN WEIGHT.

  • EXTRA SUPPORT – Since you have let us know you want and need the extra motivation and accountability, we will be reaching out to you personally to see how we can help you. 
  • DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY – We have added MyCoach, our World Class App,  which will give you a daily lesson to keep you accountable as well as direct access to the coach. This will keep yourself accountable to following through.
