Tips and information for the week

Remember to check the blog for up to date information.

1. This week – 3 Workouts during the week. Saturday sessions are 7am and 8am on the basketball court in Coppell.

3. Bring your Friends, co-workers, neighbors, anyone day this Saturday. In an effort to help you with your referral’s we allow you to bring a friend for one free workout any time. But this Saturday we are having ONE day when everyone can do it. Click Here to copy and paste information you can email and put your personal story to it inviting them to come this Saturday with you.
4. Marathon Relay and 1/2 Marathon with Get You In Shape – If you have been doing the off-day cardio that we recommend and give you each of our participants each week, we have been pumping up the cardio. We will be sending information about the White Rock marathon relay (you do it with 5 people) or the 1/2 marathon. There is a run/walk way to complete in which a few of the boot campers are already training for. The event is December 5th. We will send information out in the next day or two about it and those that are interested can just email email us.
5. Off -Day Cardio this week –
Tuesday
(Wed. for McKinney Ave)- 1 min slow, 1 minute medium, 1 min. fast. 30-45 minutes
Thursday (Fri. for McKinney Ave) – 3 miles however long it takes you
Saturday or Sunday – Long run – try getting 4-5 miles. You can walk/jog –
We will be emailing out a calendar of what to do for those going for the marathon relay or 1/2 marathon

6. Tip of the week  – For those who need an extra push or are looking for an advantage to getting results, Click Here  for the tip fo the week.

7. 3 year client appreciation party and celebration – October 2nd. If you have not recieved an evite, let us know so we can make sure you get one.
We will be doing a lot of things in October to celebrate with you getting a chance to win prizes with a few contests.
