Tip of the week – This one is for those of you who claim that they have no time to cook lunches or plan ahead. Click Here for a great tip from a client that has had awesome success.

This week – Cardio for off-day – Run 3 miles how ever long it takes you
Friday and Saturday sessions. Saturday is at 7am or 8am on the basketball court at the park

What is coming up?
Running Club – We are going to be sending out information regarding the Dallas White Rock Marothon, 1/2 marathon and relay race that will be December 5th. Most of you will be interested in either the 1/2 marathon or the relay which you team up with 5 people and each of you run anywhere from 4-6 miles to complete a marathon as a team. Know that we have a few people that are doing the 1/2 marathon with jog/walk format and we will be sending out a schedule for those of you who are interested. It works great with the Boot camp as you do the cardio and running on the off-boot camp days.
October 2nd – Client Appreciation Party at our house and our 3 year celebration
All of October will be 3 things we will do for YOU to help celebrate our 3 year celebration. You will want to be in the October boot camp to benefit from the great prizes and incentives during our 3 year celebration.
