Below is information for those of you who may not have our Get You in Shape Recipe Book and June Calendar

A great reminder that we should constantly be thinking
about how we can make those small changes to improve
our health and our fitness.

Week #1 Information you may have missed.
Get You In Shape New Healthy Recipe Book. This month, we
want you to give us a healthy recipe. Another thing you guys wanted
was more healthy options. So we will be making a NEW Healthy Recipe
book with your help. Click Here for information on it.

Winners for the Journal Mania – We hope each of you benefited
from the journals in May. We did have a few winners even though the
point was to help everyone. The winner for the most percentage of weight
loss was Indira Garapati. She will be getting a gift card to Jason’s Deli.
We also are giving away a few prizes for folks that did an awesome job
of both journaling and also making the changes that the trainers asked them to make.
Ellie Haplin will be getting a year’s subscription to cooking light and Christina
Harmon will be getting a 3 month FitBook which is a great journal to use.

June – We will take a week off after these next 4 weeks. We will offer
the 5:30am, 6:30am and the 6pm for anyone who does want to continue to
workout the week we are off. It will be $15/session and to keep things
easier for us, just bring a check for however many sessions you plan
on attending. If you are paying with cash, please put it in an envolope
with your name on it.
