Basic Details 10 Week Teacher Summer Slimdown
1. When: Program Starts off with a Kick Off Orientation. The Teacher Summer Slimdown Challenge starts on June 4th and goes for10 weeks. Come to as many sessions as you want during those 10 weeks.
2. Fitness Levels: We work with ALL FITNESS LEVELS

4. What Days:
Group Personal Training
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Fitness Session Times
5:30am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 12pm
Evening Times Monday/Wednesday at 5:30pm & 6:30pm and Friday’s at 5:30pm
Cardio Club (interval based cardio)
5:30am - Tuesday and Thursday
