We will be sending folks workouts that you can do on your own over the spring break week when the boot camp is off.
So far we have enough to make the 5:30am, 6:30am and 5pm. We need a few more to get the 8am time.
The cost will be $45 for the 3 sessions or $15/session.
This is a separate week from boot camp and not a make up or a part of regular boot camp.
This just means that if you want to work out with us this week, it will be $45 for the week or $15/session.

1. What time you are committing to – 5:30am or 6:30am or 5pm or it does not matter. (we are still waiting to see if we have enough for the 8am- so put 8 if you want it)
2. IF YOU WANT PAY WITH CREDIT CARD, PLEASE CLICK HERE – If you are paying for the week, put $45 at the top. Each session is $15, so if you are only paying for 1 session, just put $15 in the box.

3. If you are paying with Check , just bring it for the amount you want ($45 for the week or $15/session)
4. If you are paying with cash, please put it in a envelope or have the trainer write it down and the amount when you give it to them so that we have you down.
