Information for week #4

We have a lot going on leading to the next 4 weeks so I just want this email to have all the important information.

May Calendar Here- Because of Armed Services Day and PUC, we changed our Saturday Camp days. We also have our spring Client Appreciation Party May 19th at our home so mark that evening in your calendar.

This week – We go Mon-Wed-Fri- of this week -Here are the off-day cardio workouts this week.

Cardio Club – In May we are starting our pre-pay for session Cardio Club.  Many of you have asked if you can just come when you can. So to make it easier on everyone, we are letting anyone just pay for 5 sessions and we will keep track of them. We will also have our normal Cardio Club but we are starting this for any of you who just can’t make it twice a week. Click here for our Cardio Club page and secure a spot for May.

Pushups For Charity – Here is the info and sign up page. We invite everyone to sign up to participate weather you can do one pushup or 90. It’s only 90 seconds which is nothing in comparison to what the men and women in our military do and have done for us.
There are other ways to get involved also just besides the pushups.

Looking for a 5k? We have our 3rd Annual Coppell 5k coming up June 2nd for the Coppell Special Olympics. But if you are looking for something to help prepare you before that, one of our campers, Carmen Vlahos is the director for the Coppell Education FOundation. They are hosting a 5k on May 5th. Here is the information about it.

Trainer Tip – One daily exercise you can work on that will  improve your results.
