I started coaching in 1998 when I was getting my Master’s Degree so I have heard all the questions come my way.

Having help people look and fee 10 years younger with our Get You In Shape Coaching program since 2006, it comes down to a few simple things.

1. People need a plan.

2. People need a coach to help hold them accountable to following that plan.

We would love to help you look and feel 10 Years Younger!

Join Our Free 30-Day Gratitude Challenge: Experience the Power of Thankfulness!

November is here, a month where many of us pause to reflect on all the things we’re grateful for. To celebrate this season of gratitude, we’re launching our Free 30-Day Gratitude Challenge, and we invite you to join us on a journey to practice thankfulness every day.

Whether you’re going through a high or low season, focusing on gratitude has a profound way of enhancing life’s joys and easing its challenges. Gratitude is more than just counting blessings; it’s a mindset that can transform your entire outlook. We’re excited to see what you’re thankful for each day—maybe you’ll even be inspired to keep it up year-round!

The Benefits of Daily Gratitude

Here are a few ways gratitude can impact your life for the better:

  1. Improved Mental Health: Practicing gratitude consistently can boost your mood and reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression. A simple thank-you each day reminds you of the good around you, creating a positive shift in how you see life.

  2. Enhanced Physical Health: Believe it or not, gratitude can improve your physical well-being. Studies show that people who regularly practice gratitude are more likely to exercise and take better care of their bodies. Grateful people also report better sleep, as they’re less likely to be kept awake by negative thoughts.

  3. Stronger Relationships: Gratitude can strengthen your bonds with friends, family, and even new connections. Expressing thanks—whether for a favor, time spent together, or just because—builds a foundation of trust and kindness in relationships.

  4. Greater Resilience: Gratitude provides a unique lens for seeing life. When we train ourselves to look for what’s good, even in tough times, it becomes easier to navigate challenges. Resilience grows from an awareness of our support systems and blessings.

  5. Increased Self-Esteem and Motivation: By focusing on your personal wins and what’s good in your life, gratitude can improve self-esteem. When we acknowledge the positives, our outlook on what we can achieve and our confidence increases.

How the Gratitude Challenge Works

Our 30-Day Challenge is designed to help you stay thankful and celebrate the beauty around you, even in small moments. Here’s a quick guide:

  • What to Do: Share a daily photo, quote, illustration, or thought that represents something, someone, or someplace you’re grateful for. We’ve included prompts to get you started, but you’re free to create your own too!

  • When to Start: Jump in any time in November! While November 1 is a great starting point, you can begin whenever works best for you and follow along at your own pace.

  • How to Share: Use the hashtag #GYISGratitude on Facebook so we can see your posts. Make sure your posts are public so we can see it when searching for the hashtag #GYISGratitude as well as helping to inspire one another.

  • Stay on Track: Download the list below and save the daily prompts to keep your motivation high. Feel free to print it, save it on your phone, or even create your own list for the challenge.

Why Participate?

By taking a few minutes each day to focus on gratitude, you’ll promote self-care, self-awareness, and become more present in your everyday life. And who knows? You may find this challenge becomes a favorite new habit you’ll want to continue well beyond November.

We can’t wait to see how gratitude lights up your month. Let’s inspire each other by celebrating the little blessings all around us. Join us for the Free 30-Day Gratitude Challenge, and let’s make November a month of thankfulness together!
