Trainer Tip of the week – Here is the tip  Some tips on how to get motivated.

Linder Baby #2 coming tomorrow – We want to let all the Get You In Shape community to know that Cynthia and I will be going into the hospital tomorrow. She will be induced at 6am.  Thank you for all of your prayers.  Time to start making gender bets! Special thanks to the West family for taking Elliott duty until family arrives tomorrow night.

March Calendar and Next week  – March Accountability Calendar. We are off next week for Spring Break. We will be emailing out 5 workouts that we will design for you to to on your own while we are off later in the week. We will also offer a few times for anyone that is in town and wants to continue to workout with us while we are off. We will have sign up sheets at all the sessions. Each session will be $15 and you can come to one or all three of them. We will email everyone on Friday what times are met. We only ask that you sign up if you are for sure you are planning on attending at that time since this is a week off and we are only looking to cover areas/times that people are wanting us to train.
For those that are planning on coming, we also send out payment information for next week on Friday when we let everyone the times we are offering next week.

Workouts this weekHere are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F. There is a Biggest Winner workout Saturday @8am for all the participants in that.

1/2 Way Measurements – We will be thin on trainers on Friday so we have our half way measurements the Monday following spring break. Since this boot camp month is actually 5 weeks long with the week off, this means you will be going three weeks without measurements. We hope it will be a great motivator to stay strong while you are off on Spring break.

Facebook Challenge – For the March Boot camp we have been posting a Facebook challenge each day to our facebook business page. Click Here is our Challenge for today. Although we know a lot of you are not on facebook, this is just one tool we have done that has helped a few folks stay accountable so far this month.

March 11-15th – Boot Camp week off
March 23 – Boot Camp 7am and 8am. There is a charity 5k run at East at 8am so there will be number of GYIS folks working out at 7am and doing the 5k run at 8am.
March 29th – End of March Boot Camp
April 1st – Start of April boot camp

May 4th – 4th Annual Coppell 5k benefiting Coppell Special Olympics
May 18th –
Pushups For Charity Event 10am
