Get You In Shape – Boot Camp Tip, News and info for March wk3

Trainer Tip of the week – Here is the tip This is a personal tip that I learned this weekend that I hope will help some of you.

Women of Strength –  Click Here for info & to RSVP for March 28th- We will have Denise Edmiston back for a second time. She did a great job quit some time ago and are looking forward to having her come again. Know this is open to anyone and we encourage you to invite friends (just help us by RSVPing for them)

Workouts this weekHere are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F and Saturday (7am and 8am) –
Saturday – There will be a 5k at Andy Brown East at 8am. Here is the race information. GYIS already has a number of folks participating in the event so plan on working out at 7am and those participating will “cut class” a little early to run the 5k.
For everyone, know that there will be a lot of cars and parking will be a little crazy. You should not have any problem at the 7am but you will at the 8am. So plan accordingly.
Biggest Winner Teams – The 9am group this Saturday workout is now at 8am so people can participate in this 5k. We encourage you to join in helping with a local charity in our community. If not, each team can do their own thing for extra cardio on Saturday morning.

Facebook Challenge – For the March Boot camp we have been posting a Facebook challenge each day to our facebook business page. Click Here is our Challenge for today. Although we know a lot of you are not on facebook, this is just one tool we have done that has helped a few folks stay accountable so far this month.

March 23 – Boot Camp 7am and 8am. There is a charity 5k run at East at 8am so there will be number of GYIS folks working out at 7am and doing the 5k run at 8am.
March 28th – Women of Strength – 7:00pm Linder house
March 29th – End of March Boot Camp
April 1st – Start of April boot camp

May 4th – 4th Annual Coppell 5k benefiting Coppell Special Olympics
May 18th –
Pushups For Charity Event 10am
May 18th – Client Appreciation Party at the Linder’s @5:30pm
