We also do this with our Fit Over 50 Fitness Sessions. We know that there are many different fitness levels as you move into the 50’s.
We have years of experience understanding WHAT YOU NEED as it relates to moving after 50. It’s not about going as hard as you can for 7 days a week, especially as you get started.
We help teach and train you on what you CAN do as it relates to your fitness and not worry about what you CAN’T do. Because we know that the majority of people over 50 have some sort of physical limitations that has stopped them from moving.
