Our In-Person workouts are 5:30am, 6:30am, 8am, 12pm and 5:30pm
Our Virtual At-Home training workouts can be accessed anytime and from anywhere. 


Out at-home virtual workouts you can do safely from the comfort of your home and our In-Person workouts are conducted outside where each client has their very own fully-functional area to workout in a physically-distanced space. You can choose to only your fitness equipment or we also use different fitness equipment safely and at the discretion of each client. 


Our Get You In Shape coaching app makes learning easy and fun, plus it provides you with a direct communication line to your coach so you’re never on your own

Each week we will cover new topics and break those down into daily bite-sized lessons that you can easily absorb. You’ll also be able to track your habits and check-in with your coach each day, getting the support and accountability you need to succeed.
By the way, the daily lessons only take about 5 minutes

  • If I am out of shape/have never exercised can I still do the program?

Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.

  • Does it include a nutrition plan too?

Yes! An incredibly delicious, easy, and effective meal plan! We know that most folks just need a "Follow The Darn Instructions" plan so we have built a simple and easy plan for you to follow to help you along with a coach to reach out to with questions as well as support.

  • If I have joint issues, injuries, or heath issues, should I wait to try this?

Message us and let's talk! We can work around most joint issues, injuries, arthritis, etc--that's why we have highly skilled trainers and work in a small group environment. But let's talk. We will always provide you with an honest assessment of whether/how we can work with any issues that you may have. And we will always work with your physician's recommendations.

  • Can I still participate if I am not over 40?

Yes! Our program is designed for all fitness levels but the majority of the people we help are between ages 40-60. We have a number of clients that are younger than 40 and a few over 60.
