Let's face it, people who find a community of friends to workout will have a HIGHER chance to STICKING to a healthy lifestyle long-term. We know the majority of people are NOT looking for a shot term fix but looking for something that they can STICK to long term. You will workout and get support from like-minded people in our Fitness Family which will help encourage, motivate and inspire you to STICK to the new lifestyle. Our supportive community is unlike any others but you'll just have to find out for yourself. 

All Fitness Levels - We've designed this program so that you go at your own fitness level with a personal trainer along with a like-minded support group to help encourage you along the way. The majority of our clients are between 45-65 years old so we add in different levels so that everyone can workout in our positive environment. This has been the difference in people actually STICKING to our program instead of giving up because they feel out of place.  Plus we have 5-6 sessions times to choose from making it FLEXIBLE .  Training Times are 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm. 

Super Simple Nutrition plan that is easy to follow and is designed for long term lifestyle change and results. The Get You In Shape 6-Week Better You program is not about a quick fix so our nutrition system gives you the tools, resources and the HELP for long-term lifestyle change. You will get access to meal plans, healthy recipes and grocery list which take all the guess work out of "trying" to eat healthy. You will also get your hands on the tool that has been proven to DOUBLE results just by using this one tool. 

What is the one key component to starting and STICKING to any health and fitness program? Accountability!! You will get a professional accountability Coach that is there to help support and guide you. It's kind of like a "monkey on your back" checking to make sure you on track and there to help you when you need it. You will get our World-Class Coaching App along with daily touches to help you accountable and moving toward your goals.

Personal Training Mon: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Off-Day Cardio Tues: 5:30am

Personal Training Wed: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Off-Day Cardio Thurs: 5:30am

Personal Training Fri: 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm

Every Month Sat: 2 Personal Training Sessions (7am & 8am) and 1 community 5K Every 4-Week Session

  • If I am out of shape/have never exercised can I still do the program?

Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.

  • Does it include a nutrition plan too?

Yes! An incredibly delicious, easy, and effective meal plan! We know that most folks just need a "Follow The Darn Instructions" plan so we have built a simple and easy plan for you to follow to help you. 

  • If I have joint issues, injuries, or heath issues, should I wait to try this?

Message us and let's talk! We can work around most joint issues, injuries, arthritis, etc--that's why we have highly skilled trainers and work in a small group environment. But let's talk. We will always provide you with an honest assessment of whether/how we can work with any issues that you may have. And we will always work with your physician's recommendations.

  • Can I still participate if I am not over 40?

Yes! Our program is designed for all fitness levels but the majority of the people we help are between ages 40-60. We have a number of clients that are younger than 40 and a few over 60. 

  • How long is the program?

The initial Jump Start is a 6-week program giving you mind hacks, accountability, coaching, our proven nutrition system and 6-Weeks of our fitness program. We are a year-round program so many clients just continue on after experiencing our amazing fitness coaching, friendly supportive environment and the real life results.
