(00:01) What is your motivation behind being consistent day in and day out to exercise or work out. I know that’s the biggest problem as a fitness coach and a Christian midlife coach to help other Christian people why are you working out and so father Mike Schmitz I love how he said it because it’s what we do I’ve got my shirt that says change your mindset change your life and then it says so that right there and so we’ve got to understand there is working out two reasons working out and training. so we
(00:35) work out which is great. A lot of folks work out and understand the benefits of it and then there’s a training for a purpose. 

And that’s what I want to get to folks that don’t have a purpose for working out when you switch your mindset and understand you have a reason why you should be working out that’s going to trigger that you actually the motivation to actually do it okay so that’s the first thing what is the motivation so I’ll share with you mine. I want to have energy so that when I get home from work
(01:08) I have energy to play with my seven kids.

I want to be the best version of myself so I can lead motivate courage and Inspire others to be theirs.

 I want to be God’s light to others so that’s triggers my motivation to want or need to train for a purpose.

And then last I want to be fit and and healthy for my kids and my future grandkids.

So finding a motivation behind why you need to work out and move is going to be the driving force behind actually doing it day in and day out until it is a part of you.  You guys know all the benefits of moving.
(01:49) You know it’s going to help with your mental your emotional, your physical and your spiritual well-being. But it’s the motivation behind doing so just on your on your mind know that there’s a difference between your mindset and “okay I’m doing this for a reason”

I’m working out because of this as opposed to just working out so working out and training for a purpose.

Once you have your purpose it’s pretty simple you’re getting up and reason doing it for a reason so for me if I don’t get up
(02:21) and train I am not wanting to have energy to play with my kids every night when I get home from work and also help my wife relieve some of her duties every night so trigger your so thats change your mindset so that you can change your life.
