Boot Camp Basics,
These are the basic tips and things you should be doing each and every day to help you reach your short and long term goals
1. Eat Breakfast – This is a no brainer. You much break the FAST in order the rev up your metabolism.
2. Drink Water – When you get up, before and after each meal and have water throughout the day.
3. Eat 5-6 times a day – Turn your body into a fuel burning machine and not a storage TANK by eating breakfast, a mid-morning snack, a health lunch, a mid-afternoon snack, and a healthy dinner
4. Workout – This is another no-brainer. Exercise should be a daily habit that you must put on the calendar. Make time for it
5. THINK POSITIVE – Weather you think you can or you think you cannot, your exactly right. Success is in the mind!
6. Chew your food – Take your time to eat and chew each bit. This is one step in both health and getting the results you want.
