Coppell Trainer Spotlight of the Month – October 2016 – Paula Monzo

Paula Monzo is an administrative assistant and lives in Coppell.

Q: Why did you decide to join the Get You In Shape program?
A friend at work recommended GYIS and I tried it and I’ve been coming ever since.

Q: What was your life like before joining the Get You In Shape Program?paulamonzobeforeafter
I worked with a trainer, took classes at the gym and did yoga.

Q: What was your first impression from the Get You In Shape program?
The hour went by very quickly and I enjoyed it. In the beginning, it was just Brad, Cynthia and then Julie came on board. It’s gotten more challenging with more trainers coming on board.

Q: What have been some of the tools you have used that have benefited you?
I enjoy the newsletter and Brad’s monthly challenge.

Q: How is the Get You In Shape program different from other programs you have tried before?
I haven’t tried other programs, so I can’t compare it.

Q: What results and benefits have you experienced in the Get You In Shape Program?
I was able to lose inches and my weight has stayed consistent.

Q: What would you say to anyone looking at this program?
Definitely give it a try. I love the camaraderie of the classes and trainers. The trainers are excellent and really care about us. They provide a lot of different programs to help you with your goals. For my lifestyle, GYIS has been the answer.
