Coppell Trainer – Get You In Shaps tips and info for Dec. wk#3

December 2nd, 2013

~Contact.FirstName~,

Ice storm 2013 🙂  What can you do?  I know I am ready to get back into the swing of things now that things seem to be coming to an end.

Today – We will have our 12pm, 5pm, 6:15pm sessions.

12pm – We will be offering an indoor and an outdoor option.  So if you are not wanting to workout in 32 or 33 degree weather at noon, you can workout inside. If you like the weather and want to workout outside, you can do that.
We are guessing that there are a lot of you that are planning on getting out and burning more calories than your 20-30 quick workouts you have done over the last. So we hope you make plans to come out.

5pm and 6:15pm – As with all evening sessions, these will be outside so dress accordingly.

As a reminder, we are posting all updates on out facebook page here. It’s a website so you can just save it and open it up on our phone or computer (meaning, you don’t have to be a facebook user).

We have posted pictures from our Client Appreciation Party and also who ended up winning our Client of the Year award below.

Check out the events coming up also as GYIS is participating in the Jacob Logan Run on December 21st. We already have a lot of clients signed up but we did want to make sure you had the information as to how to sign up.

Please reach out to us and let us know how we can help you.

To your Success,

Brad Linder

QUICK TIP
Super Fruits (The Ultimate In-Between-Meal Snacks)

Research shows that keep blood sugar levels up throughout the day has been prove It’s important to eat at least 5 or 6 times a day to keep your energy levels high. The problem is, most folks who have healthy main meals, will have unhealthy snacks in between.

Eliminating these unhealthy snacks could be key for your own body transformation, so let me give you 3 Super Fruit snack alternatives…

Grapefruit – With more nutrient per calorie than apples, and more than 100% of your daily recommended Vitamin C, eating grapefruit can prevent illness and ‘premature’ aging.

Avocado – (Yes! A Fruit!) Avocados help with growth and development of the brain and nervous system, thanks to their high concentration of unsaturated fats. They’re also jam packed with a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients (add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and red wine or balsamic vinegar for a taste treat).

Prunes – With TWICE as much potassium as a banana and packed with anti-oxidants, eating prunes can help maintain healthy blood pressure and keep you looking young… Even though prunes look wrinkly!

Fact is most fruit is good for you. Most fruit is also super tasty. So make it a habit to pile up on fruit and swap out your chips and chocolate bars for grapefruit and avocado. You’ll still get to snack, only you won’t be hurting your body.
