Coppell Personal Trainer Tip of the week – Planning ahead

This is a great tip we did a few years back as to how simple planning ahead can be and how it can both save you time and money.
Not only will this tip help you save time and money but it will help you keep your calories in check and allow you to know exactly you are putting in your body day to day.

If you are one that is out and about most days (which is most of us) either for work or running around with your kids, this tip will be very helpful.
One tip I would give you is to change it up from week to week or from day to day so you make sure you are getting well-balanced nutrients and also so it does not get boring. You want to find healthy meals that you enjoy both making and eating.
