Q: What was your life like before joining the Get You In Shape Program?Working out one on one with a private trainer twice weekly. Doing yoga, going hiking.

Q: Why did you decide to join the Get You In Shape program?Wanting the experience of working out with a group. Older/younger – Different levels of fitness and accountability.

Q: What was your first impression from the Get You In Shape program?Great energy, Friendly, Accepting of my fitness level

Q: What have been some of the tools you have used that have benefited you?Brad’s quick workout tips and the accountability.

Q: How is the Get You In Shape program different from other programs you have tried before?Group fitness that is outside – rain/shine/hot/cold. Working with different trainers and the workouts are different each and every day.

Q: What results and benefits have you experienced in the Get You In Shape Program?I’m never going to be a fast jogger/runner/hiker, but I am getting better and doing all of those at a quicker pace and wanting to do all of them more often.

Q: What would you say to anyone looking at this program?Get over the being nervous, everyone will judge me attitude.Honestly, I can say no one cares about my fitness level, just as long as I show up & try.
