How was your weekend? Just one last reminder that we are changing the evening times back to our normal school year hours of 5pm and 6:15pm tomorrow evening.
Below is the email we sent out with dates coming up on Friday.
Tuesday August 27th – Nutrition 101 @ the Linder’s from 7:30pm-8:30pm RSVP if you plan on coming.
It will cover our the 3 main areas that we have that can help with getting results
1. Nutrition – What, when and how to eat
2. MyFitnessPal.com – Cover the basics on it and how it can help double your results
3. Advocare nutrition – Briefly go over the basics and core products we feel can add benefit to your life.

Cardio Club – We start the fall Cardio Club tomorrow with both the 5:30am and 6:30am sessions. here is the form that you can fill out and get to us if you still want to join. We will also continue to offer the month to month option and Punch pass option that you can get on the website CoppellCardioClub.com
