Facebook Challenge – For the March Boot camp we will be posting a Facebook challenge each day to our facebook business page. Click Here is our Challenge for today which is “What is one health and fitness goal you have for the next 4 weeks?” You do not have to be on facebook to see the Challenge for the day as it is just like a web page or blog. For posting and commenting, though, it is just an easy and fast way that anyone who wants to participate, to do so. It hopefully will be a great tool for motivation and accountability for many of our clients. Like our Facebook page here and also see the secret group we started on facebook (reply back if you are not in this group and would like to be). . Even if you are not a facebook user, you can at least use it as a way to stay motivated and see what others are doing because it is like a website or post.
Workouts this week – Here are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F and Saturday @8am. We encourage everyone to make it out on Saturday morning.

February 26th – Next Group 24 Day Challenge – (Sign up here) Last day for the huge promotions and discount for the 2 Advocare programs for the the month
March 2nd – Saturday boot camp 7am or 8am
March 11-15th – Boot Camp week off
March 23 – Boot Camp 7am and 8am. There is a charity 5k run at East at 8am so there will be number of GYIS folks working out at 7am and doing the 5k run at 8am.
March 29th – End of March Boot Camp
April 1st – Start of April boot camp
May 4th – 4th Annual Coppell 5k benefiting Coppell Special Olympics
May 18th – Pushups For Charity Event 10am
