Trainer Tip of the week – Here is the tip and  what we suggest you do is send us a reply sometime this week. I know we keep talking about it, but we feel that it is very important. So take some time out if you have not already done so and get it done. Then let us know what it is.

New You New You 24 Day Challenge Meeting Tonight- Here is the page to sign up or for information but we invite everyone to come and get a start to the new year with us. If it’s been over 90 days since you did the 10 Day cleanse, we (the science) suggest you start again (do a winter cleaning or get an oil change).
If you can’t make it tonight, let us know and we can help get you started another day.

Workouts this weekHere are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F/ Saturday 7am and/or 8am

Once a week emails – As stated last week, we will be limiting emails to once a week.
We suggest you like our Facebook page here and also see the secret group we started on facebook (link on each email we send out). We believe this will be great for those needing more motivation and accountability.
