Coppell Boot Camp and personal training success story. Dan Welty shares how the fitness boot camp in Coppell has helped him look, feel, and perform better!

Running an IT company, Dan Welty sits a lot while on the job.  Desiring to increase his endurance level to keep up with his mountain biking buddies, Dan joined Boot Camp in May 2009.  He experienced benefits quickly, “I felt better. I felt like I was getting a full body work-out.  My endurance has increased considerably.  I can ride my mountain bike much further and faster now.”  Last December, Dan stepped up his game and joined the 24-day Challenge.  Recently becoming more focused on changing his eating habits, he has noticed a marked difference with nearly 10 lbs of weight loss in just 2 months!  A member of the early morning high intensity class, Dan’s philosophy is an excellent motivator, “With the high intensity, the more you put in, the more you get out of it.”  

Congrats to Dan for his hard work and putting the effort into reaching his goals and still going!
