Here are the suggestions for next week. I know all of you DON’T want to exercise and want to do nothing but I want to encourage you to do SOMETHING. That is why we are giving you some options.

3. Do your own workouts.
I am not going to put #4 as NOT WORKING OUT. You are more than happy to take it easy this week off as it is always is good to take a break from the high intensity, but at least get something done in the week off.
