Tuesday off Day Cardio– 1 minute of jump rope/ 1 minute rest for 15 -20 reps.
Wednesday Workout of the Day
Relay teams of 4
1. Run 2. Kettlebell Swings 3. Buddy System Pull-ups 4. Rest
13 Minutes
Thursday Off-Day Cardio– 1 min slow pace, 1 min medium pace, 1 min hard 30-45 min.
3 rounds with 3 minutes Rest in between rounds
Friday
10 Burpees
10 Jump ups or Jump Squats
10 1 arm db snatch
5 minutes rest 3 minutes – 2 or 3 sets
Saturday
30-60 minutes of cardio
