Tuesday – 8-10 Warmup with some core exercises

30 Sec. Slow/ 30 Seconds Fast – Repeat for at least 30 minutes.
For all workouts shoot for at least 30 minutes. Go as long as 45 minutes. Remember to have a warm up and cool down (see top of post)

Saturday- Cardio – Try to go at the same pace for 30 minutes
