Boot Camp Coppell – Tips and Workout for Week #2 in December

Get You In Shape  – Tip of the Week, Cardio and more..

2. Get You In Shape can RUN too.  We had close to 20 boot campers in the White Rock Half marathon and marathon relay This past weekend. Most of whom were current clients. Also, all the trainers completed the half marathon on Sunday. Julie, Chaney, and Cynthia finished their first half and it was my (Brad’s) second half. 3. This week We go M-W-F and Saturday this week. Measurements are Friday morning.
Workout of the Day
Monday – Tabata Madness – 20 seconds of work/10 sec rest for 8 sets
1. Pull Ups 2. AirSquats 3. Push Ups 4. AbMat Situps

Off-Day Cardio Workouts this week –
Tuesday
– 5-10 min warm up and core. 30 slow 30 fast 30-45 min
Thursday – 30-45 minutes at one pace -shoot to get 3 miles in.

4. Coppell Holiday Parade – Get You In Shape loves being part of the Coppell Community. This was our 3rd year in the Christmas Parade and all the Get You In Shape Trainer’s (minus Kristi) had a blast walking the street of Coppell. CLick Here for picture of the event.
