Introduction: A Milestone Worth Embracing

Six months from today, I turn 50. The Big 5-0. For some, that number feels like a reminder of aging, but for me, it’s a challenge—an opportunity to become the best version of myself. I’ve spent over 25 years coaching thousands of people to look and feel younger, but this time, the journey is personal. I want to prove what’s possible at 50—not just for myself, but for every man out there who desires to grow stronger, sharper, and more intentional in life.

If you’re a Christian man over 40, you might be feeling the weight of time. Maybe you’re realizing that life isn’t slowing down, and you want to make the most of every moment. That’s exactly why I’m committing to this journey, and I want to invite you to join me.

Too often, society paints a picture of aging as decline. We hear phrases like “over the hill” and “past your prime,” but as men of faith, we know that our best days aren’t behind us. They’re ahead of us—if we’re willing to be intentional about our growth.
