Inflammation is the body’s natural defense mechanism, helping to protect us from injury and infection. However, when inflammation becomes chronic, it can lead to serious health concerns, including heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, depression, and even Alzheimer’s.

The good news? Your lifestyle choices—like regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, and eating the right foods—can help reduce chronic inflammation.

Best Anti-Inflammatory Foods
