What Is The Get You In Shape Back Health Challenge?

It’s a Challenge to help you get Pro-Active with your Back Health. This is very similar to how you encourage all your patients to be Pro-Active with their teeth to prevent future tooth decay, gum disease and other health issues. It’s time to get Pro-Active with your back health to prevent back injuries, prolong your career and live optimally. The Get You In Shape Back Health Challenge is a simple plan to help motivate you to get started and stick to it so that it becomes a part of your daily habit.

How Much Time Do I Have to Commit to? 10 Minutes a day plus a few minutes throughout the day in between patients. We also encourage you to add in the 10 min back strength workout every other day.

You probably know that you should stretch every day but how has that been going for you?? The idea with the 14 Day Back Health Challenge is that you do it enough times that you make it a habit. 
The daily exercises we have in this program are not complex! 

The key to your back being healthy is stretching and doing exercise to strengthen the core and back CONSISTENCY!

 

It's Time To Get Pro-Active With Your Back Health!

Just like brushing your teeth daily is important to your health, making time to stretch and strength the muscles in your back and core is important! 

If you do this routine every single day I guarantee you will notice a difference at the end of the 14 days.

The key is making this a normal routine. 

I have designed this so that you can do the 10 minute back health stretching routine every day. I also added a 10 minute core and back strength workout that we suggest you add every other day.  

When should you do these during the day? The key is to do them and make it a daily habit just like brushing your teeth.  Ideally, the best time to do it would right when you finish or get home from work. Why? Your back is tight and it would benefit you to loosen it up with the 10 minute stretching exercises. Like I mentioned, though, the key is to actually be proactive with your back health and do them so you can do them in the morning or evening time also.

Here is your 14 Day Back Health Challenge

Workouts – 
You’ll have 2 different programs throughout the 14 days as well a some different 1 minute exercises to do in between patients. 

One of them is our 10 Minute Back Stretching Routine. This is designed to help LOOSEN your back muscles. 

The Other one is a 10 Minute Core Strength Workout. This is designed to strength your back muscles.
