1. Kids Boot Camp – We are one week away from our www.getkidsinshape.com boot camp. Email or call us for information if you still would like to get your child (ren) signed up. It will be M-W-F at 8am. Weekly options and also the full-6 week option available.
2. Weekly Cardio –
Tuesday – (Wed. for McKinney Ave. Location) 1 minute Slow, 1 minute medium, 1 minute hard. Repeat for 30-45 minutes. Stretch
Thursday (Friday for McKinney Ave. Location) Sprints – 30 Slow 30 Fast 30-45 minutes
Saturday – 30-45 minutes of cardio at a slow-medium pace. Try staying at the same pace.
3. 24 Day Challenge – RSVP if you want to come check out the Advcoare 24 Day Challege at our home in Coppell on Tuesday night. If you are looking for a total program, this is it.
