-> Specific program for people over 50 – Since the program is called “Fit Over 50” know that you are getting what the science says you should be doing for movement, exercise and recovery with a personal trainer there every step of the way.

-> Fitness For All Levels Worried about if you can do it? We give alternate exercises and modifications so that all levels can participate.
-> Flexible Schedule – We have both virtual and in-person Group Personal Training. The virtual workouts can be done 24/7 and there are 6 different workouts each and every week
The In-Person Personal Training in Coppell is very flexible as you can choose between 5 different times and don’t have to schedule your workouts 2 weeks in advance.
Group Personal Training times are 5:30am, 6:30am, 8am, 12pm and 5:30pm.
-> Simple Nutrition System – Diet’s don’t work. Real life nutrition that works is the only thing you need. We got it. Learn to conquer the times we are in by following our simple guide along with our professional nutrition coaching. We will support you and will show you how to succeed and love your food. We have a simple, effective and sustainable nutrition system along with an accountability coach to help make it customizable to each individual.
-> Accountability Coach – There are no shortage of FREE workouts, free nutrition plans and free programs out there. Accountability is the missing link to long term lifestyle change. THIS IS A PERSONAL TRAINING COACHING PROGRAM.
