Ever want to get in a quick workout when traveling and don’t know what to do?
I know a lot of clients I talk to just DON’T KNOW what to do when they only have 15 or 20 mintues at the hotel.
Below is the quick workout I got in this morning while at a conference in Houston. I was sitting down most of the day yesterday and knew I’d be doing the same today so I wanted to get my blood flow going WITHOUT being sore and tired from a crazy workout.
Get this quick circuit workout in the next time instead of walking 15 minutes on the treadmill.
Most of the clients we help only have a short amount of time when traveling and DON’T want to take an hour to workout.
This is a great workout if you only have 10-20 minutes.
50 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest for each Exercise
Below are the exercises you can print out and do or you can just hit PLAY the video below.
2) Pillar Bridges
3) Air Squats
5) Shoulder Press
1) Negative Pushups
2) Right Side Pillar Bridges
3) 5 Sec hold Jump Squats
4) Left Leg Static Lunge with a Row
2) Left Side Pillar Bridges
3) Frog Steps or Frog Jumps
4) Right Leg Static Lunge with a Row
5) Push Press
NOTE: You don’t have to only do this workout when traveling as the circuits are something you can do for a workout ANYTIME. As with anything, you would want to change it up and not just do this same workout every single time you workout.
