Monday – Boot Camp
Tuesday
– Sprints or going at your hard pace
30 Second Sprints (or hard pace) Rest 1 minute
30- minutes
If you are in a gym and using cardio equipment, go 30 sec hard, 30 seconds slow
If you are in your house something for 30 sec, then walk in place for 30 sec
Wednesday – Boot Camp
Thursday –
3 Minutes at medium pace 1 min Slow pace
30-45 Minutes
Friday – Boot Camp
Saturday
Boot Camp 7am or 8am
