AirSquats
Rows (only 4 rounds or 2 minutes)
Bicep curls (only 4 rounds or 2 minutes)

Air Squats=89
Push Ups=45
Rows=105

air squats= 90
push ups= 65 (these were not pretty)
rows: 45
bicep curls: 36

the counting is hard! –a mental workout too…

I can’t move my arms this morning.

Air squats = A lot
Push Ups = Quite a few
Rows = Lost count
Bicep curls = We did bicep curls ?

Just kidding! It was a great workout!

Great workout and my shoulders/pecs are already feeling it.
Air Squats = 87
Push ups = 54 (only first ten on my toes) –these were killers for me
Rows = 37
Bicep curls = 43
