  1. 534 total for our team of Pat, Yvette, Maha, and Elisabeth. Glad we didn’t try the 20 lb medicine ball–6 lbs. was plenty!

  2. I don’t remember the count of our team Virginia, Karen, and Jeremy but my back muscles, abs, and legs are sore. I am looking forward to a workout this afternoon so I can loosen up! Thanks Brad!
