Who is committing to the November 3 Weeks to a Thinner YOU?

We want to help motivate you, keep you accountable, and also inspire you to do something you might have never though you would do.One way to do that is by commenting below and let us know that you are committing and WHY you are committing. For those that are committed, we will have a special offer to help you get even better results in November.
 So let’s create a sense community and comment below.
Who wants to be thinner BEFORE Thanksgiving this year? WE are committed to helping you do just that.
 So comment below that you are COMMITTED and WHY you are doing it. This will help motivate, inspire and encourage you! We will do our part in help you achieve AWESOME RESULTS with the 14 sessions you will get in 18 days! Even if you will only be able to commit to 3 times a week instead of the 4, add your comment below, this will help you commit to at least 3 times and keep you motivated during this time of year when it is easy to get off of your exercise routine.
 Also, be looking out for the special offer everyone will get if you commit to the November boot camp
The Basics- November 2nd – November 19th. Monday-Thusday and Saturday’s 7th, and 14th
Times – 5:30am, 8am, 12:30pm, 5pm, 6pm

  1. I am there!! And I am committed to help all of you that have made the “commitment” to 3 weeks in November! I am also in it for myself. I love the way it makes me feel. I also know all of you enjoy knowing that I go through the same pain, I mean joy, that all of you do during these great workouts.

  2. Will be there in preparation for a trip to Italy the last two weeks of Novemeber. Will miss 11-4, 11-12 due to work travel. Brad and Cynthia thank you for ALL you do!

  3. Count me in for Nov Boot Camp. I want to maintain the way my clothes fit now throughout the two holiday months. Then crank it up in January to make me the fittest I have ever been.

  4. We are committed! I’ll be there all 3 weeks, John will have to miss a few sessions due to school, but we both love it!

  5. I’ll be there. Need to commit to the Thanksgiving bootcamp so I can maintain what I’ve achieved so far……can’t wait!

  6. I’m like Jeff—-I’m addicted to Boot Camp. I feel so much better when I am exercising like I should. It’s an added bonus to work out with such great people who encourage each other all the time. We are family!

  7. I am committed to staying on track during the holidays. I LOVE baked goodies and my 3 kids and I spend lots of time baking and sharing our favorite foods. I want to do my best to stay fit, keep off those extra pounds I always pack on during this time, and be a better example to my kids.

  8. I will be out of town with my grandchildren from Nov. 6-15 but I will be at the other sessions in November. They make me feel good!

  9. I will be there as much as I can. Its harder to make the classes with the 7pm gone but I will do my best to ditch the cube for the weights as often as possible. Love you guys!

  10. My sister is getting married in August, so I can’t take the holidays off! I want to look GOOD for that wedding!

  11. I am committed so that I may stay focused on continuing my healthier lifestyle and reaching my weight loss goals.

  12. I am excited to see what changes the next three weeks will deliver! Plus, I am looking forward to the reward on Thanksgiving Day…

  13. Of course ill be there- Ill come evey day till I leave for Argentina on the 14th. I need 10 lbs off so I can vaction with room to spare!

  14. I am excited to be rejoining GYIS Boot Camp! I am committed to 3 weeks to slimmer me!! Cant wait to see changes before Thanksgiving!!

  15. I am excited to do the 3 Weeks to a slimmer ME!!! I will miss a few times do to football games, but I want to notice a difference in my clothes before Thanksgiving.

  16. I will be traveling a lot for work in November but I am committing to 10 sessions because when I go home for Thanksgiving, I want people to notice and see what I have accomplished the last 3 motnhs.

  17. I think you already have me “committed” for the November Boot Camp, but just in case you didn’t get my message . . . I’ll be there!
