Below are the things you need to do before next Monday.
Please take some time to go through it.I would hate you to look back and say “I wish I had known about that” or “I just didn’t have a big enough purpose and reason to keep going
You have invested in your time, money and energy into this so you might as well get the most out of it. Right?We have done all the hard work and spent countless hours making sure we have put together the BEST "follow the darn instructions" program to ensure your success.
1) Join the Private Facebook Page - Search Total Transformation Contest
2) Make sure you have your weekly checklist so that you can make sure you are doing all the things we feel are necessary for your results.
3) Go through TheChallengeTools.com and complete stet #1 which is the goals and so that exercise
4) Go through TheChalellengeTools.com and complete Step #2 and set up you MyFitnessPal account.
5) Share your journey - This has been another layer of motivation for folks going through the program as it adds more accountability and support to the mix.
6. Start communicating with your group. Each of you will be motivating and encouraging each other throughout the 6 weeks so start getting to know them.
7) Be prepared - Make sure you go through the Days 1-10 information on TheChallengeTools.com and let us know if you have any questions
