Coppell Boot Camp Week #3 Information

With only a little over a week left, we encourage you to push through and finish these last few weeks of the year off strong. We understand there are Christmas Party’s, the weathers different, the kids programs, and everything else that seems to make time limited. We just encourage you to focus and make time for yourself to get in workouts and to plan your nutrition out. This will help you not only feel better this time of year but also make you feel better about yourself this time of year.

Sale on Heart Rate Monitors – Click Here – You all know the importance of using a heart rate monitor to gauge on how hard you are pushing yourself. This is a great tool for anyone looking to get more out of their workout. We have a few left and would like to get rid of them before the end of the year. So if you are boot camp, you get to take advantage of the one week sale. We also only have 4 of each type and color so once they are gone, they are gone.
Click Here to see them and buy if you are looking for one at a big discounted price.

This week – Mon-Wed-Fri-Saturday (7am & 8am)

Next Week – Remember that since we have had 3 Saturday sessions and Christmas is Sunday, our last workout is next Wednesday.

January Boot Camp– We will start back up January 2nd

January 24 Day Challenge – Mark your calendars! January 3rd at 7pm we will be starting our next group challenge. If it has been more than 90 days since you did the cleanse or Challenge, it’s time to go again. What a better way to get the new year started than to this program that has been proven to help folks start, stick and stay on track toward their goals.

Group off-day Cardio – AS started in the survey we recently took, we are planning a 5:30am T/TH and either a 5pm or 6pm T/TH session. This will be a separate service from our normal program and will focus on mobility/flexibility, core, and cardio. We will have more details soon but just wanted to let everyone know we are planning on something started in January or February.
