Pushups For Charity Thank You – Here are the pictures from the event with more to come this week. We just want to thank everyone who performed Pushups on Friday and Saturday. If you did not get to make a small donation to our effort (tax-deductible) to our team page, here is the link. It is pretty close with a few of the trainers.
Summer Youth Athletic Performance Training – Go here for information. We already have 5 signups so if you have an athlete that you want to experience it, you may need to get them signed up soon.
Summer Coppell Cardio Club Special – Come join us May 21st and May 23rd for trial sessions. Then, we are giving a summer special for Cardio Club. For June, July and August, it is just $199. Here are the details and to sign up.
This week – Workouts are here – We go M-W-F and Saturday 7am and 8am. If you are planning on doing our Monthly 5k, we will start at 8am so plan to workout at 7am.
GYIS and RunOn this Saturday – RunOn is giving all GYIS clients a Free Shoe Fitting and GYIS Discounts this Saturday morning from 8:30-11:30am. 15% off most things and it will also apply toward their rewards program.
Summer Evening Times– Don’t forget starting next Monday, we move our evening times to 6pm and 7am on Monday’s and Wednesday’s and 6pm on Friday’s.
