My Birthday and 3 Year Celebration information

Information is below– Here is my soup box–

First off, today is my 45th birthday. I know what you are thinking,
“What? He looks so young, he can’t be 45.”? Exercising and eating right does pay off!
Just kidding. I am 35 Today and I always use birthdays to just be thankful
for what I have, my health, and look forward to the next year.
I am thankful for my wife, family, my job, my health (I will say I do my part in
keeping my health good), and I am excited about what is in store in the future.

My life is very full and I would not have it any other way. For me, I feel as
though I am living out my mission and purpose so I enjoy every minute
(ok – most every minute) that I? dedicate to Get You in Shape, which means helping
better serve you and help you reach your short and long term goals.
I tell people that my job is a coach/trainer and it has many different roles. At boot camp,
it is to help make you physically do what you would never do on your own or never
thought you would do on your own. Outside of boot camp, our job is to coach clients
on how to make the necessary changes to look, feel, and perform better.
This is my passion and I believe that is also the passion of the incredible team of Trainers
we have.
What is your passion? What do you want? This will help you in your health and fitness
goals. It will also help you when you don’t want to go to boot camp, when you are eating out
and you have a choice between the healthy meal or high calorie meal. Having a purpose, especially
when it come to accomplishing something, is key to achieving any goal.
In order to have energy and WANT to play with your kids, you have to exercise
and eat the foods that will help you be energized. In order to be the best you can be
at your job, you have be at your optimal performance. You can’t do that without
working out and fueling your brain and body the necessary foods it needs to be think on
your feet and be the best at what you do. I always use the term optimal because no one wants
to be average. Optimal is living on High Octane Fuel and not regular unleaded. It is easy when
talking about nutrition but you can use it in many ares of your life. Food for thought.

A few things:
Over the next week, we will be announcing our 3 Year Celebration events and contests
we will be having in appreciation for you guys and also just to celebrate our hard work.

1. Be looking for an evite for our October 2nd Client Appreciation Party at our home. It will be
come and go and will start at 5:30. Like our party in May, you will need to be there to get your
door prize.
2. New Referral Rewards Program. We will be changing our referral program to benefit you even

3. Tomorrow 7am or 8am – We will be on the Basketball court tomorrow which is down by the lake (or bridge as most of youknow where that is)??? ?
